Biography
Datuk Dr. Haji Mohd Fathil Bin Daud was appointed as a Director of MARA Inc. in February 2009. He served as a member of the Kajang Municipal Council from 1994 to 2008. In 2011, he obtained an MA in Islamic Studies at the State Islamic University of Sultan Sharif Kasim Riau, Indonesia (MPdi). He is the Managing Director of Syarikat Halilintar Maju Sdn. Bhd. which he hold since 1998. Currently, he is pursuing a PHD in Environment Science at University Riau, Indonesia.
