Inland Revenue Board (IRB) deputy chief executive officer (tax operations) Datuk Sabin Samitah has been appointed the new IRB chief executive officer (CEO) effective Monday (Dec 12). He replaces Tan Sri Dr Mohd Shukor Mahfar, whose service ends on Sunday.
