K & N Kenanga sells Labuan offshore investment bank for RM6.66 million
K & N Kenanga Holdings Bhd has sold its offshore investment banking unit, Capital Investment Bank (Labuan) Ltd, for close to RM6.66 million cash. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, K & N Kenanga said its wholly-owned unit Kenanga Capital Sdn Bhd had disposed entire stake in Capital Investment Bank to Amanie Corp Advisors Sdn Bhd, formerly known as WG Advisory Sdn Bhd.
