Papagomo loses final bid to set aside RM800k award to Anwar
Blogger Papagomo or Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris today lost his final bid at the Federal Court to set aside the RM800,000 that was awarded to former opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim for defamation. This follows the ruling of the three-member bench, which dismissed his leave application to appeal the decisions by High Court and Court of Appeal in granting the award.
