MCRE Resources Sdn Bhd will be responsible as the Mine Operator while the Land Owners / Mineral Tenement Holders are MBInc. Perak, Perbadanan Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Perak and FELCRA Berhad. The Project under consideration is proposing in-situ leaching mining and beneficiation of ion-adsorption lanthanide clay deposit. In-situ leaching mining method involving specially designed injection holes and collection tunnels, equipped with piping reticulation system networks which shall be implemented during development stage. The project is proposing to construct 7 hydrometallurgical plants at the project site to recover the mined lanthanide in the form of lanthanide carbonate.
