Biography
Born on 28 April 1962 in Raub, Pahang, he holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) from Glasgow University, Scotland. Since joining the civil service in 1989, he has served various agencies and ministries, including Pahang Land and Mines
Office, Temerloh District and Land Office as well as the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
In appreciation of his dedicated service, he was conferred the Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang,
Sri Indera Mahkota Pahang and Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang awards.
